Residential Conveyancer / Legal Executive - Hertfordshire

A top tier regional firm now seek a Residential Conveyancer to join their established team in Hertfordshire and work on a broad range of Residential Conveyancing work.

The Residential Property team deals with high quality work, which often includes high-value transactions.

The Role

The firm are now seeking a Residential Conveyancer with a good technical background to join a growing team based in Hertfordshire.

You will deal with a broad residential conveyancing caseload which will include:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be:

• A Residential Conveyancer or Legal Executive
• Forward thinking, entrepreneurial and dynamic, able to work as a team.
• Ideally you will have regional or local contacts
