Corporate Solicitor - Hertfordshire

A top tier regional firm now seek a Corporate Solicitor with commercial awareness to join their well-regarded team.

The Role

The firm are now seeking a Corporate Associate with a good technical background to join a growing team based in Hertfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor with commercial awareness and varied wide ranging transactional experience to join a growing Corporate team. You would be joining a friendly and well regarded team that typically deals in good quality and generally high value corporate transactions.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• a minimum of 2 years’ experience in dealing with Corporate work
• well organised and able to demonstrate good time and file management
• a commitment to read around various areas of relevant law and to build knowledge on a rolling continuous improvement basis
