Corporate Associate Solicitor - Berkshire

An exciting opportunity for a Corporate Associate Solicitor to join a top tier firm in Berkshire.

The Team 

Their specialist Corporate solicitors act for companies of all shapes and sizes, ranging from start-ups to SMEs, owner-managed businesses and corporates with turnovers of over £50 million.

The Role

They are seeking an experienced Corporate Associate Solicitor with to join their Corporate & Commercial team, recommended in both The Legal 500 and Chambers UK.

This is an opportunity for the right candidate to play a key role in the future of their team and will be of interest to those looking for a clear route for future progression at this stage in their career.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Have at least a 2.1 degree
• Have a minimum of 4-6 years’ PQE in a Corporate team
• Have completed training at a recognised and respected firm
• Be enthusiastic and hard working
• Have good written and verbal communication skills
• Be a team player and reputable 
• Share the firm’s values
