The Team 

The Wills & Inheritance department is a busy and successful team dealing with a broad range of matters including wills, probate, LPA’s, inheritance and tax planning, trusts, estate disputes, court of protection and elderly client advice.

The Role 

They are now recruiting for a Senior Wills & Probate Solicitor for their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a minimum of 10+ years’ experience post qualification and looking for the next step in their career.  

The position has progression potential for the right candidate.  

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be at least 10 years PQE with broad experience in Wills & Inheritance.  You will also have strong communication skills, good client management and business development qualities.
