The Team

Tier 1 Legal 500, their corporate finance specialists give first-class legal advice, with a depth of resource and range of experience that allows them to successfully deliver a wide range of transactions - in value, complexity, and commercial impact.

They advise on all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and disposals, acting for sellers and buyers, management teams, and private equity and venture capital funds.

The team is experienced in dealing with international transactions as well as UK deals, including acquisitions of overseas businesses and disposals of UK companies to international buyers. Many of their lawyers started their careers in other major domestic or international law firms or have worked in the industry.

The Candidate

Ideally seeking an Associate / Senior Associate from 3 years PQE + gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm with a well-developed knowledge in all areas of corporate transactions.

You would be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients.
