    A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a top 100 UK law firm and take on an exciting role of Employment Law Trainer.

    The Team

    The vibrant, energetic Employment Team of lawyers boasts some of the best lawyers in the region specialising in all aspects of employment law facing a company's board or the HR professional - from everyday operational challenges through to advising on strategic issues.

    The team currently comprises over 30 specialist qualified employment law solicitors, including four partners, making them one of the largest employment teams in the East of England.

    The Opportunity

    As part of their Employment team, the role of Employment Law Trainer will be to win and deliver the Shaping Excellence training courses to new and existing clients in addition to writing new courses/materials to broaden the Shaping Excellence offering.

    Depending on capacity and instructions this may be supplemented by general employment law work from time to time. Full training on the courses and supervision/support will be provided.

    The Candidate

    • Qualified solicitor of at least 3 years + PQE
    • Excellent understanding of employment law
    • Broad experience of presenting/training on employment law to audiences
    • Creative flair for producing fun, informative and interactive training materials
    • Desire to carry out training work across the firm’s client base
    • Excellent business development skills to win training work for new and existing clients
    • Willingness and ability to travel to deliver training nationwide (must have own driving licence)
    • Self-motivated and self-starter with an engaging and approachable personality
