Commercial Property Solicitor | 3 - 4 years PQE | Brighton

A fantastic opportunity for an established Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading firm in Brighton.

The Team

The Commercial Property team is well established and benefits from great depth of experience. Their Property Lawyers are made up of experts covering the full scope of commercial work and includes litigators experienced in handling property disputes.

The Commercial Property team has the resources and the project management experience to deliver portfolio acquisitions and disposals and large-scale lending projects.

The Opportunity

The team is seeking an experienced Commercial Property solicitor, with 3-4 PQE level of experience or equivalent, to join the Commercial Property team, based in their centrally-located Brighton office.

Supporting the Chairman, you will also liaise with the Commercial Property department in London.

The wider Brighton Real Estate team is busy, diverse, and proactive. As a long-established legal services provider in Brighton, with an excellent reputation, you will be joining a team dealing with high-quality work.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be an established Brighton practitioner, with at least five years relevant experience and, ideally, an established following.

In addition to excellent legal skills, you must be keen to take on a challenging and varied role and to build your practice.

Salary will be at market rate, depending on experience. This is a full-time role and flexible working will be considered.
