A fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer to join a leading law firm in their Brighton office.

The Firm

Our client is a leading UK law firm with an international reach. They work with a range of private clients, international retailers, pharmaceutical companies, international developers, UK-based and international banks, and overseas investors.

The Team

The team is experienced in all aspects of residential property including Purchase and sale of leasehold and freehold property; Remortgages; Lease extensions; Transfers of equity; Auction sales and purchases; Investment site acquisitions; Development site acquisitions.

The Opportunity

They are seeking an experienced residential property fee-earner for their friendly and successful Real Estate department, based in their Brighton office.

You will be joining a busy, diverse, and proactive team with colleagues ranging from experienced seniors to paralegals and conveyancing assistants. You will be dealing with high-quality work, so you will need solid experience and excellent legal and networking skills and you should be keen to take on a challenging and varied role.

Salary will be at market rate, depending on experience. This is a full-time role and flexible working will be considered.
