Due to their continued expansion, they are now looking to recruit a qualified Associate to join their Wills and Probate team in Hertfordshire.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be either a qualified Solicitor or a Chartered Legal Executive and have experience of the administration of Trusts and Estates, Tax Planning, Will and Trust Drafting and Elderly Client work. Membership of STEP and SFE is preferred.

You must be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be an interactive team member as well as being involved in business development and the marketing of the team including delivering seminars and writing articles. You must enjoy looking after clients and demonstrate skill and sensitivity in dealing with the bereaved and the elderly.
