An exciting opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Associate to join a leading law firm in Buckinghamshire.

The Firm

Our client is a leading full-service law firm, operating throughout the Chiltern and South Bucks districts of Buckinghamshire, with offices in Chesham, Amersham and Beaconsfield.

The Team

The corporate and commercial department works closely with businesses of all sizes, from sole traders to larger SMEs and corporate clients.

The corporate and commercial team specialise in:

Acquisitions and disposals
Business set-ups
Shareholders, LLP and partnership agreements
Commercial contracts

The Opportunity

They now have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Solicitor seeking career progression to join their busy and successful Corporate Commercial team.

The Candidate

They are looking for candidates who are experienced in handling multifaceted and complex transactions and must be adaptable with strong communication and negotiating skills.

The successful candidate will be willing to dedicate a large proportion of their time to business development and to assist in further growing the department. There will be supervisory elements to the role and experience of supervising peers and junior colleagues would be beneficial.

All aspects of construction disputes, including adjudications, enforcement proceedings, and arbitrations

The Opportunity

The firm is looking to recruit a bright, ambitious Associate to their busy Commercial Litigation team.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have strong legal analysis, excellent communication/client care skills, and a willingness to work on a variety of matters. You will work both within a team and manage your own caseload. Experience in liaising directly with clients and counsel is essential.
