The Team
Their Dispute Resolution team is recognised for its expertise in the legal directories. They have a proven track record of acting successfully in high profile, high value, and complex litigation, particularly in times of crisis for their clients.
The Dispute Resolution team is busy, fast-paced, and growing. They are also incredibly supportive. The firm seeks team players; those who will work hard to get the best result for their client - but more specifically individuals who are willing to learn, support their colleagues, and can give clear and succinct updates & feedback.
The Opportunity
The firm is looking for pure commercial litigators. Individuals who have had great exposure to a mixture of cases and can demonstrate the value they have brought to the case.
You will work closely with the fee-earners and partners of this busy department. You will provide legal services to the firm’s clients and help promote and develop the dispute resolution department.
Specific duties: To work, as part of a team, advising the firm’s clients on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including:
The Candidate
The firm would expect the successful candidate to have at least 2 years PQE or be able to demonstrate the equivalent level of skills and desired competencies within a similar law practice, experience of commercial litigation work, and the ability to grasp the intellectual demands of the industry. You must have excellent academic achievements with the GDL/LPC qualification and a minimum 2:1 degree.
