    Family Finance specialist Solicitor - London

    Job Description

    An opportunity for a Family Solicitor with extensive finance experience to join a leading firm in London on a FTC.

    Our client was established in the East End of London in 1929. Now with offices across London, the firm enjoys a national reputation for delivering first-class legal services. They have been recognised for the innovation shown in IT development, leading the field and supporting our teams of lawyers in achieving excellence.

    They are one of the leading firms of family solicitors in London. The firms committed team of family lawyers is experienced in all aspects of family law, from relationship breakdown to issues to do with children, money, and property.

    The firm are listed, as a firm and as a family department, in both the Chambers and Partners and

    Legal 500, with a number of individual family solicitors listed as recommended lawyers.

    The Team

    The family department currently consists of 2 partners, 2 associates, 13 solicitors, 4 consultant solicitors, 2 trainee solicitors and 3 paralegals in the department. They have excellent software that integrates time recording and billing with case management, the system being available remotely.

    Their work covers all areas of family law and relationship law and their family lawyers are accredited as specialists by the Law Society and Resolution. They appear on the International Child Abduction and Contact Unit list as recognised specialists in international child abduction work.

    The Role

    The firm is now seeking to recruit a Family Finance specialist to cover partner maternity leave commencing January 2021.

    They are a flexible, friendly and well-regarded team with a successful financial practice and excellent support. Depending on the official guidance prevailing, regular attendance at their London offices is likely to be required.
