A leading international law firm in London is seeking an Information & Media Litigation Associate to join their fast-growing information disputes team, which sits in the firm's IP & Media team.

The Team
This is an opportunity to join their highly regarded, friendly, energetic, and fast-growing information disputes team, which sits in the firm's IP & Media team. They are a small, dynamic team of 4 core lawyers, sitting within a larger group of 35 lawyers, including 7 partners, 21 lawyers, attorneys, trainees, and paralegals.
They also work with colleagues across their commercial data protection and investigations and disputes teams.
The team advises individual and corporate clients on reputation management, contentious data privacy, and cyber issues across a full range of information law areas including defamation, data protection, privacy, confidentiality, cyber security, harassment, blackmail, copyright, malicious falsehood, and regulatory issues.
The Opportunity
An associate will be involved in a wide range of contentious information law matters, including reputation management cases, data litigation, and disputes and cyber breaches acting for both claimants (individuals and companies) and defendants. Day to day activities will include:
The role involves a high level of client contact, and the associate will conduct client meetings independently as well as under supervision. The associate will be expected to develop their own
professional relationships with clients. The associate will also support the team with business development opportunities and activities, as well as legal know how and updating the team on relevant case law/developments
The Candidate
The successful candidate must be a UK qualified solicitor, with 2-4 years PQE and preferably with the following experience:
