    Job Description

    This is an exciting opportunity for a non-contentious construction solicitor to join an internationally recognised law firm in London.

    The Firm

    This internationally recognised law firm based in central London has a long history of acting for prominent, high net worth individuals, and for entrepreneurs. The firm now has 11 practice areas and acts for many corporates and large institutions. The firm has been named in the Sunday Times 100 “Best Companies to Work For” since 2014 to date.

    The Team

    The firms experienced team of construction solicitors specialise in providing transactional construction and engineering advice from project inception through to completion, with particular focus on real estate and infrastructure projects, development, property, or corporate acquisitions and finance.

    They have expertise acting for both domestic and international clients (developers, contractors, high net worth individuals, investors, lenders and real estate funds) on a variety of development projects (high-end residential, commercial, mixed use schemes, infrastructure, leisure, student accommodation).

    The Role

    This is a unique and exciting opportunity to help shape this ambitious practice area. You will work closely with the construction and real estate partners of this busy department in the provision of advice to the firm’s clients.

    You will be expected to handle non-contentious construction work, experience in contentious construction would be useful, but not essential. 

    You will work as part of close knit team, advising the firm’s clients on construction matters to include assisting on a wide range of matters, including development, development/acquisition finance/renewable energy/infrastructure transactions, acting for both domestic and international clients (property developers, lenders, contractors, investors, purchasers, tenants).
