A fantastic opportunity for a Property Dispute Solicitor to join an expanding department and work on a varied and exciting caseload.
Our client is an exciting, diverse and growing business, who work with some of the UK’s most interesting clients.
There are 20 people in the LDR Department, of which 13 are property litigation legal personnel and 3 are commercial litigation legal personnel. The PDR team comprises 2 partners, 5 senior solicitors, 3 solicitors, 1 legal executive, 1 paralegal and a trainee solicitor. There are 4 additional shared support personnel across the department.
The team has an expanding client base and is ambitious to grow its reputation in the field of property litigation and housing management. The team has been slowly growing for the last 15 years, a trend they expect to continue, and the successful candidate will be exposed to opportunities for further progress and development in terms of caseload, progression and client contact.
The firm's Property Dispute Resolution department is looking for a solicitor (NQ - 2 years PQE) to join their team.
The role will cover all aspects of housing management work. Some experience of housing, real estate and housing litigation is desirable. The caseload will include presenting client training, court work including advocacy, instructing counsel, preparing papers, settling claims and costs disputes.
The candidate will report to the head of department with supervision and support from partners and senior associates in the team and will be working independently with their own caseload and for/ alongside other legal personnel in the team.
