    Residential Property Solicitor - 12 month FTC - London

    Job Description

    An exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a leading law firm on an initial 12-month fixed term contract and work within a busy Residential Developments team.

    The Team

    With one of the largest dedicated Residential Property teams in the country, they act for clients on all aspects of their property requirements. Their emphasis is on providing a client-focused service giving practical, relevant, and technically accurate advice.

    The firm is experienced in dealing with all aspects of residential property including:

    • leases with and without a share of freehold
    • freehold family homes
    • investment property
    • leasehold or freehold property being bought off plan and new builds
    • landlord and tenant matters
    • block and estate management
    • mixed use buildings
    • enfranchisement – lease extensions, collective enfranchisement claims, and the tenants right of first refusal.

    The Role

    The firm is now seeking to hire a solicitor for their renowned Residential Property department. This role will sit in the Residential Developments team for an initial 12 month contract position.

    The Candidate

    The successful candidate will ideally have 2 – 5 years PQE. They need someone with experience of working in a busy residential property department and any exposure to residential developments work would be ideal. This team focuses on ‘plot sales’ or off plan properties.
