Residential Property Solicitor Fixed Term Contract - London
A Leading London law firm are seeking a Solicitor to join their renowned Residential Property Department on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

With one of the largest dedicated Residential Property teams in the country they act for clients on all aspects of their property requirements. Their emphasis is on providing a client-focused service giving practical, relevant, and technically accurate advice.
Their expertise also covers the development, marketing, and subsequent sales of central London residential assets. Built over many years and as a result of our long-term involvement in high value and high profile schemes in Central London and in prime areas across the UK, they have established relationships with the key property agents.
They are now seeking a solicitor for their renowned Residential Property department. This is a maternity cover position for up to 12 months. You will ideally have 3 – 5 years PQE. The majority of the role will focus on residential development matters.
