    Hunters Legal currently has an exciting opportunity for a Non-contentious Construction Solicitor to join a Top 20 UK law firm in London.

    The Team

International in scope and investment, it is enjoying increased investment in commercial development, hotels, and high-end residential sector, as well as in landmark infrastructure and energy projects for both established and emerging markets.

    The team advises on all aspects from project inception, through design and procurement to completion. They have significant capabilities across real estate development and related finance, energy and infrastructure, and contentious matters.

    Our international teamwork with all sides of the project. They advise construction, infrastructure, and energy companies and assist real estate developers and construction contractors. Their advice is also sought by funders, investors, agents, high net worth individuals, and intermediaries.

    The Role

    The firm is seeking a non-contentious Construction Solicitor to join their team in London.

    The Candidate

    Key Skills & Experience:

    • Relevant experience and a keen interest in construction law
    • Strong academic record
    • Good legal skills including attention to detail in drafting and a genuine interest in the needs of the client
    • An ability to think laterally and identify related issues and problems
    • A confident and professional manner with strong communication skills
