This is an opportunity to work for the UK’s leading litigation-only law firm. They are seeking a Competition Litigation lawyer to join them in their London or Leeds office.

They are one of the UK’s leading competition practices. Their clients include global corporations and FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies.
The team has cutting-edge expertise in this rapidly developing field. They have an impressive track record of successfully taking cases to trial in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court. They remain the only law firm to have successfully acted for a group of claimants at trial and subsequent appeals in a competition damages context.
The firm now requires a Competition Litigation lawyer to join their Competition Litigation team in London or Leeds.
The candidate should have experience of private enforcement of competition law with direct experience of cartel litigation (ideally acting on behalf of claimants) and abuse of dominance.
Familiarity with different regulatory regimes and cross-jurisdictional competition disputes is important and knowledge of alternative funding arrangements would be beneficial.
The candidate should have strong academics and come from a good firm where the firm can be confident, they will have had a diet of excellent work and training. They should have initiative and confidence but also strong teamwork skills, be well organised, and have first-rate communication skills both in writing and verbally. They should also be entrepreneurial and versatile.
Knowledge of alternative funding arrangements would be beneficial.
Excellent salary, full benefits package, 37.5 working hours per week which may be worked flexibly between the hours of 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. Permanent full-time post.
