    Job Description

    An exciting senior to partner level opportunity for a family solicitor to work within a leading law firm where personal and professional development, mentoring and training are centre stage.

    With offices in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Surrey and Oxfordshire, this leading family law firm is known for its expertise in matters ranging from divorce, financial settlements and children, to mediation, civil partnerships and domestic violence. Services also include wills, trusts, probate, estate planning and wealth management.

    Founded in 2009 in Oxfordshire, the firm have since expanded into 8 further offices. The firm’s founder has worked exclusively in family law since qualifying and her team of specialists have collectively handled thousands of cases.

    The Team

    The team handles cases in all aspects of family law, from the straightforward to the highly complex. All matters relating to divorce are dealt with, and expertise is also provided in financial settlements, including income, property, pensions, trusts and offshore assets. The firm handles all matters relating to children, including residency and access, as well as deeds of separation and grandparents’ rights. The firm undertakes private work only and does not operate a legal aid franchise.

    The Role

    They are now seeking a Solicitor to work within the team at the Oxfordshire office. You will have a solid background in Family Law, candidates will be required to evidence their experience in dealing with high net worth Ancillary Relief matters as well as general family matters. You will be required to work autonomously as well as part of a busy team.
