    This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employment solicitor to join a dynamic market leading team dealing with high quality work.     The Firm

    Our client is a full service, top 100 UK law firm, operating in Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk and the surrounding areas.

    Their employment law team has experience in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, representing clients from a broad range of public and private organisations as well as individuals and senior executives.

The team currently comprises over 20 specialist qualified employment law solicitors, including seven partners (one of whom is an experienced part-time Employment Judge), making us one of the largest employment teams in the East of England.

    The Role

    Alongside providing the highest quality legal advice, you would be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter to join a successful and friendly team in their Cambridge office in an ambitious and rapidly growing firm which enjoys an excellent reputation.  

    The Candidate

    You will ideally be a Senior Associate with 6 years PQE minimum, with employment law experience gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm. The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the law yet be able to think commercially and analytically so as to provide accurate and practical advice to company clients and high net worth individuals which is tailored to their needs. An ability to think clearly under pressure, write concisely and excellent presentation skills are essential.
