Residential Property Solicitor - Contract - London
This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to gain experience at a Top 100 law firm in London on a 6 month contract.
The Firm

The Role
They are currently seeking a Residential property Solicitor to join their team in London on a 6-month FTC. You will be expected to consistently deliver a high standard of legal advice to clients in a commercially astute manner, delivering outstanding client service at all times. To assist with the marketing of the department’s services and undertaking business development activities to build on the firm and team’s reputation for excellence.
The Candidate
To be successful you will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE and experience within the Residential Property area of law. You will have the ability to manage your own files with minimal supervision and strong client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service.

Employment Solicitor - London
A flexible opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to work for a legal 500 ranked firm in London.
The Firm
Our client is a highly regarded, legal 500 ranked Commercial solicitors based in London with a focus on private companies, investors and directors. They are Specialists in reviewing agreements and resolving disputes.
The firm are on a number of panels who generate plenty of employment law work.
The Role
They have a great opportunity for an employment solicitor to work part time job with the role offering flexibility. You will be your own team with plenty of training and support.
The Candidate
They are looking for a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) or a solicitor.
You must be qualified to sign settlement agreements as either a solicitor or CILEx, be good at explaining the position to employees with empathy and be able to articulate and enjoy interacting with clients and HR.
This role will enable you to work independently reviewing and signing settlement agreements.
- 20 Hours a week
- Monday to Friday
- 10am to 2pm
- Working from home (don’t need to be London based)
Basic Salary £25k, Plus target bonus, Holiday 16 days + bank holidays, Three months paid sabbatical after 5 years continuous employment

Contentious Construction Solicitor - London
This is an exciting opportunity for a Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked team in London.
The Firm
Our client is recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers UK as a medium-sized niche firm, specialising in delivering construction, litigation & dispute resolution, corporate, banking, employment, projects and property legal services to clients based throughout the United Kingdom.
Over the past few years, they have grown significantly and now have approximately 240 staff and a growing international reach.
The Team
The Construction team is comprised of 19 (six partners, ten solicitors, one paralegal and two trainees) and is divided into two sub-teams (contentious and non-contentious) operating from London, Yorkshire and Essex. About three-quarters of our work is contentious.
Their clients include developers, major corporations, funders, contractors, sub-contractors, construction consultants, local authorities, registered providers of social housing and PFI consortia.
Their work for Registered Providers involves them in some of the largest construction disputes in the social housing sector which are often in the spotlight of the national media. Their team is constantly going from strength-to-strength. Contrary to the approach of other City law firms, they have been joined by four new starters since March 2020. In Legal 500 (2020), the contentious Construction team received outstanding testimonials and moved up a Tier.
The Role
This is an opportunity for an individual with a passion for construction law to join their busy construction department in London.

An exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a leading residential real estate department in London on a 6 month fixed term contract.
The Firm
Our client is a London based, full-service law firm, who have grown substantially in recent years, including two mergers and an office move.
Many of their clients are entrepreneurial, ambitious enterprises who are often privately, or family owned, or private equity backed. They are one of the only London based law firms with a large private wealth offering alongside significant business law capability.
The Role
The firm has a leading residential real estate department with repeat referrals from leading estate agents, buying agents, financial intermediaries, and clients. They have experience, expertise and knowledge of the market and the deal process involved.
They regularly support clients in residential and investment property sales and purchases, leasehold enfranchisement, planning considerations, and construction and building contracts.
The Candidate
The firm are looking for a candidate with experience in Residential Conveyancing to join the team for a 6 month fixed term contract.
Ideally you will have proven post qualification experience within Residential Conveyancing and experience of working effectively under pressure to deliver to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
