About the Team 

The Private Client team advises high-net-worth and internationally mobile individuals on a broad range of complex private wealth matters. Role Overview

The successful candidate will join a growing Private Client team and assist on a broad range of high-value and often cross-border matters for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and international families.

This role offers an excellent platform for a junior lawyer to gain exposure to sophisticated private wealth work, develop strong technical expertise and build direct client relationships early in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising high-net-worth individuals on UK tax planning.
• Assisting with trust structuring and ongoing administration.
• Advising on estate and succession planning.
• Drafting wills and advising on probate matters.
• Supporting on cross-border wealth planning for internationally mobile clients.
• Advising clients with UK-based assets and interests.
• Working closely with colleagues across real estate, corporate and luxury brand practices where client matters intersect.

Clients include entrepreneurs, international families and individuals connected with the luxury, property and retail sectors.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a junior lawyer who demonstrates both strong technical ability and the interpersonal skills required to work with ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Suitable candidates are likely to have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Experience within a recognised private client practice.
• Strong academic background and technical grounding in private wealth matters.
• A genuine interest in advising high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
