The firm

Our client is a modern and highly regarded, property-focused legal practice and is recognised by clients as a partner-led law firm, with in-depth strengths in property law.

Their real estate department boasts an enviable client base involving it in high profile projects. They deliver creative and practical advice, combining legal expertise and a commercial approach to give clients the lead in transactions.

The property team advises on all aspects of commercial property work, from brown/greenfield development sites to investment portfolio acquisitions and disposals. Development work encompasses residential, office, industrial and other commercial activities, whilst investment transactions include both commercial and residential assets.

They also advise on ancillary aspects including infrastructure and planning agreements, environmental, planning and tax issues. The clients include major construction companies, developers, private investors, leisure (particularly restaurant) and retail companies and various public institutions and bodies.

The role

You will be working on sales for large developer client as well as giving paralegal support to the wider team. You will be joining an established, friendly department.

The Candidate:

• Have previous experience working in plot sales as a conveyancing paralegal

• Have commercial awareness

• Be well organised and have excellent time management skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary is in the region of £25,000 - £28,0000, together with excellent benefits.
