Commercial Litigation Solicitor | London | 3+

 

Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a leading firm in London and work on an interesting and varied caseload.

The Team

The team offers challenging high-quality work and a culture in which lawyers are trusted to take responsibility and challenge themselves in a dynamic and stimulating environment.  

They advise a range of clients including businesses, directors, shareholders, charities/not-for-profits, partnerships, and private individuals.

The department has an interesting and varied caseload including:

  • Complex contractual and tortious disputes
  • A variety of shareholder and director disputes
  • Advising and acting in relation to professional negligence matters relating to a range of professionals including lawyers, architects, accountants, and IFAs
  • Intellectual property disputes, in particular trademark and copyright disputes
  • Partnership disputes, including contested dissolutions/distribution of assets
  • All aspects of construction disputes, including adjudications, enforcement proceedings, and arbitrations

The Opportunity

The firm is looking to recruit a bright, ambitious Associate to their busy Commercial Litigation team.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have strong legal analysis, excellent communication/client care skills, and a willingness to work on a variety of matters. You will work both within a team and manage your own caseload. Experience in liaising directly with clients and counsel is essential.
