An established and highly regarded Commercial Property team in London is seeking a junior Solicitor to join them and handle a varied caseload of HNW clients.

The Team

The team provides clients with prompt, practical advice covering all the legal and business issues for the effective ownership and management of commercial properties.

Their clients include private property companies, entrepreneurs, funds, charities, institutions, banks, international investors, and high net worth individuals.

The Role

The main focus of the role will be on acting for private property companies, entrepreneurs, funds, and high net worth individuals. The solicitor will report to a Partner and work within a section of the Commercial Property team.

Responsibilities

• Sale and purchase of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant
• Investment
• Development
• Acting for banks in obtaining security

The Candidate

The candidate will hold a minimum 2.1 degree and a training contract from a mid-sized or city firm and must have a good basic knowledge relating to the practice areas.
