A highly regarded firm is now seeking Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer with specific experience in Development Sales.
The Firm
Our client is a forward thinking firm which has been based in the City of London for more than 150 years. They act for a broad range of clients including private and public companies, developers, local authorities, funders, and regulators but in particular, they act for a significant number of charities and housing associations.
Over the past few years, the firm has grown significantly and now has over 240 employees.
The Team
The Development Sales team deals with the disposal of a large number of properties including new build outright sales, shared ownership sales, stair-casing, and re-sales for our clients. Their major clients, housing associations, (Registered Providers) are significantly expanding their new build outright sales activity in response to Government policy changes and many of their clients are now embarking upon ambitious development and sales programmes across the country.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Development Sales, the successful candidate will play a key role in assisting with the growth of their existing team boosting expertise, and growing their market share. They are investing in order to meet and ideally exceed our client's demands as they become the biggest house-builders in the market.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, ideally gaining a 2:1 at degree level and at least one year’s PQE as a solicitor, CILEx Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer.
