Corporate Associate Solicitor - 4 -7 years PQE - London

 

Job Description

An excellent opportunity for a Corporate Associate to work directly with the experienced lead partner and corporate partner, covering a broad range of corporate law in a top UK 100 law firm.

The Firm

Our client is a top UK 100 law firm in London. They are a unique firm, combining a strong commercial and charity practice with a general emphasis on public interest work, media, education, and working with mission-led businesses.

The firm is renowned for its expertise in advising charities. The firm also has great strength in the areas of corporate law and employment law, as well as real estate, immigration, litigation, and public and regulatory law (with a particular emphasis on administrative law).

The Team

The Corporate & Commercial team specialises in the small to mid-cap market advising across a range of sectors including technology & media, financial services, healthcare, and social enterprise.

The corporate side of the team works extensively on corporate advisory and transactional work including investments, mergers, acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance, joint ventures, group reorganisations, UK inward investment, and corporate fundraising.

The commercial side advises on a broad range of contractual matters, from advising on multi-million-pound outsourcing projects to supply and distribution agreements of all kinds.

Their clients include multinational corporations, quoted companies, financial institutions, private companies of all sizes, partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, and not-for-profit organisations, many of which operate globally.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with the experienced lead partner and corporate partner, covering a broad range of corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. The focus of the role will be to handle a broad range of corporate transactions in the small to mid-cap market.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be a qualified UK solicitor with 4 – 7 years PQE, with the ability to build, maintain and nurture relationships.
