Our client is a top 40 UK law firm with turnover of in excess of £100m. They have an exciting opportunity for a junior corporate solicitor to join their successful and rapidly growing team.

The firm’s office in Malaysia supports a growing Far East client base.
The Team
The dynamic, friendly and high-ranked corporate department offers its clients access to a full range of corporate legal services, including private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investments, re-organisations, joint ventures, capital restructuring, equity capital markets, fundraisings and corporate governance.
Working as part of a high-performing national team, the successful candidate will advise clients, operating in a variety of sectors on a diverse range of corporate matters, but with a main focus on private company M&A and private equity.
The corporate department is fully supported by specialists in their other departments, including banking, tax, employment, property, and intellectual property.

The Candidate
To be successful you must be a qualified Solicitor with 0-3 years relevant experience and have direct relevant post-qualification experience gained at a recognised and busy corporate practice.
You will have excellent technical skills and innovative approach, drive, enthusiasm and vision, flexibility and can-do approach, excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach, and commercial awareness with a strong client focus.
