Experienced Family Solicitor - London

An experienced Family Solicitor is required to a join a long-established law firm in London and take on a mixed case load of interesting work.

The Firm

Our client is a leading, long-established, multi-disciplinary practice with around 30 lawyers based over two offices situated in London.

The firm has received recognition for excellence in industry standards and is the proud holder of a number of accreditations. 

The Team

The Family department have a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of family law. Their family lawyers are experienced in acting for clients in complex cases.

The Role

The firm now seek a talented Family Law Solicitor to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and enhance the family department.

The Candidate

To be successful, the candidate will:

• Be able to demonstrate a problem-solving approach, solid technical abilities and a clear grasp of legal concepts relevant to this area of practice
• Have a mix of private family experience involving finances, divorces and private children matters, pre and post nuptial agreements, childcare and cohabitation agreements, disputes over property and financial remedy
• Have some advocacy experience

A following will be an advantage but not essential. You will have previous experience of building new relationships and an aptitude for developing existing ones.

Salary level negotiable dependent upon experience and a very generous bonus package against fee targets to be agreed. 5 weeks annual leave.

Currently all the firm’s lawyers are working remotely from home due to COVID-19 guidelines.
