Job Description

A leading UK and international law firm are seeking a Private Client and Tax Associate Solicitor to join their team in London and work on domestic and international work in both trust and tax matters.

The Firm

Our client is a leading UK and international law firm which provides high quality legal advice tailored to both businesses and individuals.

Today, they have 7 UK offices, whilst their overseas network stretches from Asia to South America. With 130 partners and over 880 people in total, their main areas of practice are dispute resolution, corporate and commercial, real estate, private client, and family.

The private client team is regularly nominated for and wins awards and there is widespread industry recognition of the team’s strength and depth across their network of offices.

The Opportunity

The firm’s private client and tax team in London are looking to hire an associate, ideally with three to four years PQE. 

The successful candidate will join a highly respected team dedicated to private wealth advice, UK and international tax planning and asset protection, and advising individuals, family offices, family businesses, and fiduciaries. The team has the support of leading lawyers from practice areas across the firm when required.

The Candidate

They are looking for candidates who have private client experience of domestic and international work in both trust and tax matters.

Candidates should also possess good communication and organisational skills and be motivated to support a successful and growing team with an interesting and diverse client base.

The role offers excellent quality work in a collegiate and supportive environment, and candidates should be committed to developing their technical skills with the support of active mentoring from colleagues and the firm’s knowledge team, in order to service clients and develop their own careers.
