The Firm

Our client is a leading law firm located in London and is widely recognised for being one of the UK’s top 15 Real Estate practices, offering a diverse range of legal services. They are legal leaders in their field and are always looking to expand their firm with proactive, innovative keen individuals with legal expertise. 

The Opportunity

They are currently looking for a Residential Development Solicitor for their London team. The role is to advise institutional investors and social landlords on investments in the affordable housing sector, private rented sector, and other alternative asset classes.

The Candidate

You should be a newly qualified solicitor who has completed a seat within Real Estate. That has proven the ability to work alongside a successful team as well as independently where appropriate.

You should be work-driven and enthusiastic, committed to giving clients the best possible delivery. You will be undertaking property work with a mix of both social landlords and private developers which will include disposals, acquisitions as well as joint ventures.
