The Team

The Corporate and Commercial Law team is equipped to handle a full range of corporate transactional work for UK and international clients and to help businesses manage and optimise their relationships and arrangements with their customers and commercial partners.

They specialise in supporting businesses, investors and entrepreneurs with legal advice to help them grow their businesses on a national and international level. Their clients range from small start-ups and SMEs to larger corporates.  The firm also works with many international clients, in tandem with their International Desks, advising them on their business interests and projects in the UK.

The Role

A vacancy has arisen for a senior solicitor for their expanding Corporate department in London. The successful candidate will have knowledge across a broad range of company law and corporate matters and be experienced in advising clients in the following areas, although it is not essential to have covered them all:

• Start-ups
• Joint Ventures
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Private equity buy outs
• Capital markets work
• Banking
