Conveyancing Associate - Long Established Firm

Hunters Legal is proud to be working with a progressive and long-established law firm to recruit an Associate for their thriving Conveyancing Team. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Thatcham, offering an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to join a forward-thinking and supportive environment.

The Opportunity

The firm is seeking an experienced Associate with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will manage a diverse and complex caseload, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality legal services from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of residential property transactions from start to finish.
• Actively represent the firm at business networking events, building new client relationships and generating leads.
• Develop and nurture strong client connections by delivering personalised service and clear, consistent communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business and build a client pipeline.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with competing priorities.
• A strong team player with proven interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
