This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a brand-new Conveyancing Team in the firm’s Swindon office, supporting the continued expansion of its successful property practice across the region.

This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a highly motivated senior associate with strong business development credentials and a proven track record of managing complex caseloads. Key Responsibilities:

• Run a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
• Lead business development initiatives to expand the firm’s presence in Swindon and beyond.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored legal support and clear communication.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Support and supervise junior team members to promote a positive and high-performing team culture.
