Role Overview

The successful candidate will join a growing property litigation team, managing and supporting a diverse caseload that includes landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and easement issues, and property-related contract disagreements. Key Responsibilities

• Manage Property Litigation Cases: Handle a broad range of property disputes, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters, easements, and boundary disagreements.
• Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and tailored legal advice.
• Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and case assessments to provide strategic guidance and options.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years' experience, ideally with exposure to property litigation or general dispute resolution.
