The Role
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative and forward-thinking Real Estate Disputes team, supporting both commercial and residential property litigation matters. The role involves handling a broad caseload and working closely with clients across various sectors, including commercial, education, sport, charities, social enterprise, and not-for-profit organisations.
Typical matters include:
- Landlord and tenant disputes (lease renewals, dilapidations, service charges).
- Possession claims.
- Purchaser disputes.
- Land acquisitions.
- Enforcement of easements and restrictive covenants.
- Trespass and squatter actions.
This is a supportive and agile environment where the solicitor will be encouraged to manage their own caseload, engage directly with clients from early on, and grow their professional profile within a firm that puts values at the heart of its work.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of real estate disputes including both leasehold and freehold matters.
- Work with autonomy while benefiting from support and mentoring by senior lawyers.

Candidate Profile
Essential Skills and Experience:
- UK-qualified solicitor with 2+ PQE in property litigation or real estate disputes.
