The Role
The Real Estate Paralegal will be an integral part of the real estate team, supporting solicitors on a range of commercial property transactions. The role offers exposure to high-quality work and direct client interaction. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents and title reports.
- Managing post-completion processes, including Land Registry and SDLT submissions.
- Conducting searches and liaising with clients, agents, and third parties.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and assisting with file management.
- Supporting solicitors and partners with legal research and project work.
