Key Responsibilities:
- Handle residential property transactions for a diverse range of clients.
- Provide expert advice on sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Ensure compliance with SRA and CQS regulations while upholding high client care standards.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship growth.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience in residential property law.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
