  • Permanent

Hunters Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded London firm in their search for a Real Estate Solicitor. This opportunity sits within a leading Real Estate & Projects team, known for advising a wide range of clients on significant and often high-profile development matters.

The Firm

This is a long-standing practice with a strong national presence, providing legal services across offices in multiple UK locations. Recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers UK, the firm is noted for its expertise in construction, commercial litigation, corporate, employment, projects, and property.

The client base is wide-ranging, with a particular strength in acting for registered providers and a reputation for excellence in the housing sector. The firm also supports private developers, investment funds, and a growing international network. With over 300 staff and a record of continued growth, it is well placed to deliver on complex and large-scale projects across the UK.

The Team

Real Estate, particularly real estate development, is at the heart of the firm’s work. The team comprises 15 dedicated partners who handle a diverse range of property transactions. Projects vary in size from smaller unit developments to large-scale regeneration schemes, often reported in both industry and national press, with some transactions receiving award recognition.
