Our client is a top 40 UK law firm with a turnover of in excess of £100m. The Corporate Associate will work as part of a high-performing team and advise local and international clients on a diverse range of corporate matters.

The firm’s office in Malaysia supports a growing Far East client base.
The Team
The team advises companies (and their directors and shareholders) and financial institutions on corporate finance transactions, including private and pre-IPO placements, IPOs (Official List as well as AIM), secondary issues (debt and equity), takeovers (including schemes of arrangement) and other related matters (such as reductions of capital, de-mergers, and acquisitions/disposals by quoted companies). They also advise on compliance with ongoing legal and regulatory obligations and corporate governance guidelines.
The team is praised for their partner-led approach and for their expertise across a variety of industry sectors, including acting for real estate and IP rich businesses. With a strong client portfolio of quoted companies and investment banks, and with secondment experience within the London Stock Exchange, they have a deep understanding of London's capital markets and its corporate finance community.

The Candidate
To be successful you must be between 3 and 8 years PQE and have direct relevant experience of ECM transactions and advice, gained at a recognised corporate practice
You will have the ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines, excellent technical skills, strong client focus, drive and enthusiasm, and commercial awareness.
