Residential Property Lawyer - Leading Regional Firm

Hunters Legal is working with a Market Leading Regional Firm to recruit a Residential Property Lawyer to join its established Residential Property team in the Thames Valley.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will join a busy and well regarded Residential Property team advising on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters. The role offers exposure to a varied client base and the opportunity to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a mixed caseload of residential property matters independently.
• Advising clients across the full residential property lifecycle, from first time buyers to high net worth and portfolio clients.
• Providing a high level of client care and maintaining strong, long term client relationships.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to generate new instructions from existing clients.
• Contributing to business development and referral generation.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Residential Property team and wider firm.

• Strong experience handling residential property smatters independently.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and accurately.
